Pros

I liked working at Agero because there was plenty of overtime available almost regularly. Working from home is convenient. I loved my supervisor, she was really caring and helpful.

Cons

At the beginning of the year there is a slow period so no overtime then. But you can have 40 hours minimum. You have options to go home early during that time, or skip days of work, and even take a whole week at the slowest point. Too many people will give you different answers to questions and it can be confusing.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
