Tech issues constantly, floods of emails w changes all the time. Chat pfs won't help. They say to move w a sense of urgency yet they dont help you like it urgent. Now they aren't paying me the money I've worked for

Upon the end of a temp assignment, all hours are paid in full so although unlikely, If there's an open issue or question relative to your pay, please email recruiting@agero.com and we can research further.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
