      Pros

      Immediate team members were good, technology wise challenging. Company is well up to date in technolgy, and employees are given necessary equipment.

      Cons

      Communication between other teams was not facilitated by leads and managers properly. Had hard time trying to fit in. Projects just get delayed, because of mis communication. And suddenly, find oneself blamed for no reason or one's control. Not too much guidance from managers or lead.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to move up. Staff quick to recognize skill and praise/reward.

      Cons

      You're talking to customers on their WORST DAY. Sometimes they're pissed and it comes out at you.

      Pros

      Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

      Cons

      Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
