Training doesn't prepare you for the actual work, performance metrics don't make sense and aren't an accurate reflection of your work, and the clock is always working against you, but you're expected to provide quality customer service and jump through every hoop based on the client specifications, rather than having a company standard. Schedule change requests are ignored, regardless of reasons, and positive feedback is rare, while negative feedback seems endless. In short, if you like feeling like a cog in a machine and never being treated like an actual human employee, you'll be fine.
