Pros
There is much room for career development at Agero. I was able to make a good income working full-time and with lots of overtime available. I was promoted to a special team that handles escalated cases. I was given a decent raise for that promotion.
Cons
This job takes a lot of hard work, determination, empathy and ability to follow strict policies and procedures. The call center environment isn't the warmest but corporate jobs normally aren't. It over the phone customer/client service so it can be challenging to handle emotions at times.
