A major pro of working at Agero is the people. Co-workers are friendly, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. Even while working remotely, there's a strong team spirit and clear communication that makes collaboration easy and effective.
Cons
A con of working at Agero is that policies and metrics can feel rigid and sometimes disconnected from the reality of the work. Leadership communication is inconsistent, and performance is often judged more by numbers than overall quality or effort.

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.
Cons
Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
