Pros

I can honestly say that Agile Defense is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. This company believes that the happiness of its employees will translate into the happiness of its customers. As such, Agile Defense really focuses on "people first"...everything else just falls into place when your people are happy. The benefits are excellent, the culture is unparalleled, and the opportunities to advance are numerous if you're willing to work for it. This company also offers a great deal of flexibility, and they are willing to work with you to help make your life easier in any way possible. Like I said...people first. My coworkers are excellent, and I am honestly happy to see them each time I'm in the office. It's a fantastic mix of people who are all willing to pitch in to help each other out. Our CEO Jay is also an incredible guy. Having worked for both large and small businesses, I can say with certainty that I have never met a more humble, approachable leader. He is always willing to take time to listen to his employees one-on-one, to hear new ideas and help you try to implement them. He's also the type of guy who's willing to roll up his sleeves to pitch in with the hard work...even when it comes to sweeping up the break room or setting up catered lunches, I've seen him do it without batting an eyelash.

Cons

I didn't believe them when they said the Agile 15 is real. You'll be fine, I said. Don't worry, I said. ...it's very real, folks. This company feeds you...a LOT!
