Its contracting so expect your job to have a set duration, the payscale seems to vary heavily based on what you can negotiate, this isn't an issue for me, however some of my coworkers were making 8k less then I was and had been there longer. My contract is also Understaffed which is frustrating but that's par for the course with this line of work.
