Pros
Freedom to perform your job. I love the way that they continue to check on you as a new hire throughout your 90 start. The opportunities to grow within the company. My co-workers I work on a GREAT team! They love referrals!
Cons
My salary and that's only because I took a position that I didn't have any real experience in. Being in Germany sucks right now because its April and its still snowing. Other than those two things I really don't have much to complain about.
