I have some trouble understanding where this company gets it's ratings. It took over the DoD contract I'm on a while back and ever since the workplace has turned into a real crap hole. The management's philosophy seems to "The beatings will continue until morale improves". I'm with one of the secondary's who are constantly fielding complaints about the companies management. A colleague of mine who works directly for them quoted the following " I have worked on this contract for 13 years and at no time have I ever felt that my job was in danger until Agile took over."
