Pros
Agile Defense is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that values culture! The leadership team is great and truly cares about each and every employee. They have always treated me fairly and made me feel like a valuable asset to the organization. The work-life balance is good and the company offers top-notch benefits! If you apply yourself, you'll go far within the organization.
Cons
It's hard to write any cons because I genuinely enjoy working for the company! I wish the public could see more of how great the company actually is, versus having to read negative reviews of a select few, who just seem mad at the world in general.
