They treat you like adults and let you get your job done and focus on the quality of your work. My manager has been supportive and provided a great framework for us all to succeed in our jobs.
Cons
People who need to be micro managed or aren't self motivated may find the freedom as a lack of attention to their needs. Some people need constant self validation for their work, and you probably won't get that here.
