This listing is somewhat out of date. The Current CEO is Conrad Agramont, not John Gilham. + Agile has some of the best and brightest. Your peers will be innovators and thinkers. + Community is very tight. It's easy to quickly become attached to your colleagues. + Work is mostly self-directed. + Success is recognized and rewarded. + Great benefits. Personal touch from management. Always willing to hear you out.

Cons

+ Work can be difficult. Management will help you if things go wrong, but they are often very busy. + Expectations are pretty high. + Things change very quickly. Adaptability is necessary to keep up with the company's direction. + No grunts. Sometimes if something really needs to get done, you have to get your hands dirty.

Great culture, leadership understands and cares about employees, there are no office politics games. Everyone does their best day in and day out to help out and carry forward our customer projects and issues. Great sense of camaraderie. You will learn a lot, management is committed to making it a learning organization. Working with cutting edge technology. Very focused on delivering based upon the highest standards. Never a dull moment, a lot of new exciting opportunities in the horizon.

100% remote. That is it. Nothing else.

If you want to work where you are consistently monitored and judged, this is the ideal place for you. There is no autonomy. You are encouraged to share you thoughts and ideas but then quickly told that your thoughts and ideas are terrible.
