Strong company morale among the team in place. Company lunches, events, outings, happy hours...they certainly focus on keeping a collaborative, creative and close team in place.

Moderately flexible, work/life balance. It can be hectic at times, but they do their best to push work/life balance - sometimes the job itself doesn't always permit it.
