Pros
Great people, comparable compensation and benefits, management cares about employees. It's a matured company with most operations in place, especially in manufacturing and IT.
Cons
Volatile industry, multiple layoffs within few years, growth via acquisition primarily. EMC is either not growing or growing very slowly while Life Sciences is slightly better.
