As an Agilent manager, it is frustrating not being able to reward strong employees. Handcuffed, year after yr. resulting in poor attitudes, diminished performance. Too many talented people leave for more rewarding jobs. Constantly training new individuals, only for them to leave after a couple of yrs. Long term employees are leaving at an alarming rate, taking with them a wealth of knowledge. Clear separation of mangers and employees.
