Pros
Fantastic place for an entry level job out of college. This company is very willing to invest in training and travel when developing their employees. They have some extremely talented people if you can find them. Breadth of product portfolio for the Life Sciences market.
Cons
Extremely bureaucratic and political. The silos that separate divisions in this company are impenetrable and communication is abysmal. Interdepartmental cooperation is very bad, there must be a payment to get support and service to cooperate. Major generation gap, 20+ years of experience and 5 years or less, not much in between.
