Pros
Good benefits: 401K matching, pension if you have been working there before they got rid of it, health, dental, vision. Can be a great place to work if your immediate manager is good Your experience in this company highly depends on which group you are in
Cons
Everyone is nice on the surface, but there is a lot of back stabbing and territorialism going on. This place is not a good place for women to work. There are very few women in upper management. It's still an old boys network.
