Cons
- M&A's create chaos internally that takes years and sometimes decades to streamline - Management does not always know how to support their team (more training and dedicated support tools need to be incorporated) - Training is informal for newer companies that have been acquired. If someone is being hired with no prior experience of a product, the expectation is for the employee to teach themselves in addition to maintaining all of the task necessary to be successful in the role.
