Pros
Agilent works hard to hire really good people. The HR team works to support a diverse employee population. You not working for the evil empire.
Cons
The organization is too buearucratic with too much overhead. The leaders focus more on frequent reorganizations and roll outs of new programs rather than improving how to actually run the business. While they have good values, the culture has created a mediocre organization.
