Bad trajectory - Quality Analyst Agilent Technologies Employee Review

The workload has been increased beyond feasibility. Management has made changes that actively complicate and slow down work while simultaneously making dramatic increases to metrics/ expectations. The work has become chaotic and frustrating, quality has taken a back seat to the intense pressure to increase productivity. Several team members resigned due to the stress and the toxic environment, which has compounded the issue. The expectation seems to be that employees will work overtime hours to meet the increased expectations and avoid reprimand. This is, of course, all in addition to the lack of growth potential and brutally stagnant salaries.
