Pros
There used to be many, culture and great leaders as an example. It's no longer the case... deep knowledge of the company and products has been lost, together with basic principles (ethics being one of them).
Cons
Blatant favoritism that put incompetent and ruthless leaders in positions of power. Too many changes at once... lots of claims with no substance.
