Pros

It is cliche, especially in the great city of Columbus.. But you win with people!! I don't think there is a better statement than this when thinking of Agility Partners. Through the hiring process, I was almost discouraged because the overall consensus about AP's culture didn't seem realistic. Boy was I wrong? Not only was everyone spot on with their assessments, the folks I have worked with every day has exceeded and surpassed any and every expectation! The outside noise will say this is made up, or that I am drinking the Kool-Aid and that's fine with me... Anyone who knows anything about AP, knows this to be the case. I am very fortunate to have been able to witness, firsthand!

Cons

Just like any organization.. There are growing pains, and we are not perfect! If the above led you to believe that we are, that isn't the case. It can't be. We are a growing organization finding our way around all the things companies have to deal with and experience. The great thing about all of this though? We are well aware, and we want to be better. As a unit. From the newest employee, to our founders... We all strive to be better every day! That's all you can really ask for..

Supportive colleagues, great culture based upon five core values that I highly identify with. Leadership is transparent and open about the business, as well as being approachable.

Pros

Good culture, decent pay, that’s about it.

Cons

Lots of upper management layoffs due to loss of business, they have no idea what they’re doing. Falsely advertised role as a “tech sales” gig ….. it’s recruiting and cold calling people all day. High pressure, expected to perform at the level of someone who’s been there 5+ years in your first 3 months.
