Agility Partners and their child company Impower.ai have a people-first mindset. The architecture and decisions of the company are discussed with all employees. Really a great place to work with a flexible work environment.

Could have more diversity on the tech side, but that's more of an industry issue

Good culture, decent pay, that’s about it.

Cons

Lots of upper management layoffs due to loss of business, they have no idea what they’re doing. Falsely advertised role as a “tech sales” gig ….. it’s recruiting and cold calling people all day. High pressure, expected to perform at the level of someone who’s been there 5+ years in your first 3 months.
