Pros

I could not think of any pros maybe the technical stack.

Cons

Exciting part hmm... Based on my experience with Versa - Addon Products 1. Lead taking credit for team work. 2. Technically weak manager who can’t mentor. 3. No support during real engineering problems. 4. Leave approvals used as power, not policy 5. Double standards (rules for team, freedom for lead) - absolutely hate this 6. Upper management is completely toxic - Don't take opinions. 7. Quantity over quality, they over commit the deliverables in every sprint and expect developers to write bug free code - most developers here don't even know the best coding practices, no KT is provided Which leads to developing inefficient code. 8. Will expect to be available 24/7 and after office hours, If you did't pick calls, you will be accused as if you committed a crime same goes for taking leaves. 9. Opportunities are not provided for the hardworking or talented ones, It will easily go to boot lickers, which kills motivation. 10. Few months here, you will get all this benefits burnout, stress, depression, lack of sleep.

Pros

The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and professionally conducted. I appreciated the timely updates after each stage. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience.

Cons

The overall timeline of the interview process was slightly extended—possibly due to delays in client confirmations or internal approvals. If feasible, streamlining this aspect could enhance the candidate experience further.

Pros

People below the senior manager level are great to work with and are dedicated to customers.

Cons

Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
