Pros
Free coffee and tea. Clean working environment with lots of office supplies. Director of software development (Catherine S.) was fantastic and really held the department together. Most development managers were also great, however this groups days are numbered.
Cons
Aggressively moving all development to India where the CEO's family grew up. Having to work with in-sourced India workers is near impossible because of the language and culture barrier. If you are not a native born Indian you will have difficulty from day one since their version of english is not the same as ours. In some cases learning Hindi would make work a little easier. Once most management converted to native born Indians I found myself discriminated against and minimized.
