Heard that CEO is trying to get rid of most of the Engineers from Bellevue location and fill up with H1bs in headquarters located in Atlanta - Company is filing green card and h1b visas in the name of different name - not in the name of Agilysys Inc. Also for green card applications company needs to advertise the position in job board for 30 days. But no one can apply for that position because uploading the resume button results in an error. Lot of malpractices going on to support H1b. These way HR can submit information that no other American talent available for filling up for this position to USCIS. CEO, CTO (who don't know how to communicate with the engineers), Managers. Directors all are Indians.

People below the senior manager level are great to work with and are dedicated to customers.

Cons

Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
