Pros

Pay wise good only for new joiners not for existing employees. For some projects you might get Chance to work on new technologies. You can choose this company if you are able to work without any proper requirement documents. i.e developer won't get proper requirements for features but management will expect to complete on time.

Cons

Hike will not be processed based on ur work. I can't able to find the details how management will proceed hike percentage. Management will expect from you have to work for a whole day. Approx min 13 to 14 hrs needs to work. Sometimes it will extened up to 3Am as well. You won't get any compensation/ comp-off for your extra works. Don't expect work life balance here. Even in weekend you have to work as like Monday. Even in COVID situation management ask employees to come office. So most of the employees will get effected by covid. After that they revoked the order to return office. So, think twice before you decide to join.

Pros

The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and professionally conducted. I appreciated the timely updates after each stage. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience.

Cons

The overall timeline of the interview process was slightly extended—possibly due to delays in client confirmations or internal approvals. If feasible, streamlining this aspect could enhance the candidate experience further.

Pros

People below the senior manager level are great to work with and are dedicated to customers.

Cons

Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
