Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear of your positive experience with our remote-work and work-life balance as flexibility is a core pillar of culture. We are also very excited about our strong pipeline that you’ve highlighted, as our novel treatments will have the ability to reach many underserved patient communities. We are disheartened to hear your comments about the lack of growth opportunity, and lack of inclusion for certain minorities. Development is a core pillar of our culture, and we strive for all employees to work with their managers to achieve the skills and experiences necessary to flourish in their careers. Additionally, our valuing differences framework is meant to create an environment where all feel valued and included. Our Pulse survey data on inclusion continues to trend positively year over year, thanks in large part to the work our Diversity Council and Employee Resource Groups do to generate a greater sense of belonging for many.
