Pros

HR speaks very politely till you are hired

Cons

Highly risky company to join. As they fires you as soon as the client does not have any requirements. During Hiring, they would assure you that even if client takes back thier words, will keep you for atleast 3 months. Once the client is done with the contract, AgreeYa will fire you. All these things are initially hidden from employee.
