Pros

It is tough to find a more purpose-driven, goal-oriented organization than Aha! I have never seen a company with such clarity on which problem it's addressing, why it matters to the market, and how each person on our team will help solve it. Leadership -- from the CEO to department managers -- does an excellent job making each employee feel valued. Our work culture highlights employee achievements for the entire organization. This is no small feat for a team that allows employees to work from anywhere. We achieve this through the Responsive Method - a way of working that answers requests as quickly as possible. We all stay connected through daily, direct collaboration. Despite the autonomy of working from home, I have never felt a deeper sense of teamwork with colleagues.

Pros

I have been working for Aha! for almost six years now. I joined Aha! because everything I read about the product, the people, the work, and the company seemed unlike any other company I have worked for. It was inspiring to me. Several years later, and it is still inspiring. I get to work with the best in the business. I get to do work every day that I love. My fellow Aha!s are brilliant, hard working, and kind. They care about the work they do and they care about the people they work with. Getting together with them twice a year at onsites is truly a highlight. The product is incredible and always improving. I cannot imagine not using it every day to do my job. It is just that good and the people that built it are even better. It makes me proud to work at Aha!.

Cons

An incredible amount of effort is put into daily work, sometimes it is easy to get so buried in it that you forget to pause and celebrate what you have achieved. Take a breath, it's okay to do so.
