Echoing highlights of countless reviews below that were written even as far back as 2019..nothing has changed and we're almost in 2021. - "Unorganized" - "Bizarre and negative" - "Half truth's, broken promises and major struggles between HQ and satellite offices" - "Next fire never ends" - "Low moral and utter disconnect that is systemic across all the teams" - "The life of the office is slowly being sucked out - with people just wanting to escape" - "HR was no help (pretty much an attitude of 'we don't know what to tell you') apparently this isn't uncommon because when I would take my issues to my colleagues, they would just say 'welcome to Peapod!'" I myself should have listened to the overwhelmingly negative reviews here cautioning to stay away. Don't be fooled by HR's and management's cookie cutter responses left on here - things have yet to change. Peapod Digital Labs will continue to loose great talent and have a high turnover rates due to unorganized, negative, and amateur practices.
