      Pros

      The paid time off is very nice. The pay and benefits are better than the civilian counterparts. The job skills are definitely one of a kind.

      Cons

      Hours worked do not fit the pay. Get ready for forced 12+ hour days, working on the weekends, and short sighted leadership. Budget cuts have killed any perks of working there.

      easy environment to work in.

      Cons

      Low pay by comparison for NAF employees. Long Drive to work for the area. Limited access to do what I need to do from Base Comm Squadron
