Pros

To get enough experience to move on to a better company

Cons

Not enough oversight. Too many redundancies at the regional level to base level, which wastes time and resources. Not enough PR to the communities, so there's no human component to the face of bases, only "big business." Too much expansion, so bases close and open only to close less than a year later, so there's not enough job security across multiple regions. You're asking men and women to sign up for a life of uncertainty. In addition, fully staffed bases are shorting employees hours, so one week a month, there's will be one check that has only 24 hours of pay and it's not sustainable. Full time employees should be guaranteed full-time hours.

Pros

Good pay for producers…not so much for those that don’t work. Which I am good with.

Cons

Bonus payments can be erratic. Don’t spend your bonus until it’s in your bank account.
