excellent education department with nationwide statistics driving evidence based medicine. all the tools/equipment you need to provide top notch excellent care.
Cons
low pay, constant change in management, no support in local business affairs to drive contracts/survivability of the base. Base closure and loss of job with no notice. During COVID they cut out 401k matching and vacation accrual while other companies actually paid hazard pay to thier employees.
