Pay has gone to bottom of the industry with attrition far outpacing hiring. Dozens of bases go out of service daily simply for no pilot but the company’s fights on nonsensical items that literally every other ems flyer already provides. Ceo spends millions on out of scope drone programs that never earned a dollar of revenue just to see it evaporate as a loss.
