IT Employee surveys are namesake. No visible actions on employees feedback. 2026 survey results are poor compared to 2024 and 2025 as leaders just talk and don't take any action. Every quarter there are layoffs and everyday there is a fear of being laid off. Leadership needs to focus on creating secure work environment where we will be able to focus on work
