Pros
Great company, good benefits package, mostly really good people. Pay genuine attention to diversity and equality. Real international opportunities for those who wish for them. Very honourable as a corporation and jealously guard their corporate reputation. As a result rarely let a customer down.
Cons
As with any corporation there are those who are able to work the system by playing politics rather than by doing a good job. There are too many people at the top of the management structure who joined as graduate entry (CDPs) and have never worked anywhere else. As a result there can be a very narrow outlook on the world and some decisions appear to make no economic sense but are carried due to an inertia caused by corporate ladder ambitions. People who dissent are often side-lined and isolated. The managers mentioned above find themselves without the skills or will to value conflicting views.
