The company will invest in you if you want to grow and learn in your position. They also offer internal hiring for open positions throughout the company which allows you to move up in the company if desired. The new 9/80 schedule also helps with a great work/life balance.

Cons

Not too much to complain about, just that my role had some slow days at times and it made the day go by a little slower.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
