Pros

Casual atmosphere - every day is casual Friday. Benefits are decent. A fast growing company. Great place to learn new skills and help with improving processes. Specialized products are cutting edge and company has a lot of potential for becoming a leader in the industry.

Cons

Not much upward mobility - especially for females and good employees. Company reorganization going on again - hopefully this time it will improve management team. There is internal politics. Most employees are fresh out of school - not a lot of experience so processes are always changing and evolving. Management decisions are not always made timely. Employee reviews and pay increases are not consistent or done annually.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
