The benefits are great, especially the health insurance.

Cons

Working for this company brings too much stress for my taste. I don't believe in sacrificing my personal life just to have barely enough time to accomplish work. The management does not respect the work-life balance of the employees, and this is a huge red flag for me. I don't recommend this company.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
