Pros

I was involved with a few key accounts, and it made me feel good for a while. That happiness didn't last long, though.

Cons

The management was the worst at keeping up. They wanted growth but didn't bother to upgrade the processes. The use of old processes was extremely stressful for employees who wanted to do their jobs and go home. They couldn't, as they had to work brutal and exhausting hours to finish up the insane workload. The management avoided their plight and never improved!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Management encourages their employees to work a regular 40 hour week and overtime is only approved on a case by case basis, but not expected. Processes are consistently reviewed and improved and updated as needed. If you would like to share more about your experience working here, please feel free to reach out to Human Resources. Best of luck to you. Julie Childs - Recruiting Coordinator and HR Assistant

Pros

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
