Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am very sorry you felt that the leadership team made you feel less than and not valued. We do our best to treat everyone equally and for all to feel valued. We do compensation analysis for all positions yearly to be sure we are paying competitively based on our location and for a company our size. Employee performance evaluations are also give every 6 months for a discussion with one's supervisor and for an opportunity for a pay increase.
