Pros

A good chance to develop your skills with a variety of tools.

Cons

The leadership team makes lower-level employees feel less than and not valued. There's been a lot of political games as the company grew, they are constantly putting the same people on projects with boosts growth for some not others. Compensation is not good either - they rather squeeze out extra throughput from a mediocre employee than pay more for a stellar one. Please let that sink in, and keep it in your mind if you ever decide to work here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am very sorry you felt that the leadership team made you feel less than and not valued. We do our best to treat everyone equally and for all to feel valued. We do compensation analysis for all positions yearly to be sure we are paying competitively based on our location and for a company our size. Employee performance evaluations are also give every 6 months for a discussion with one's supervisor and for an opportunity for a pay increase. Our supervisors also make themselves available to address any concerns one might be having. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to Human Resources. We wish you well. Julie Childs Recruiting Coordinator and HR Assistant

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
