Air Squared was a great place to work! The products they make are innovative and have beneficial applications in various industries. Most of the people there are great to work with, are highly motivated and are team players.

Cons

They have experienced a lot of growth over the past few years, which is exciting but comes with its own set of challenges. Implementing policies and procedures fast enough to keep up with growth was difficult at times.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
