Pros

Their prodcuts were good. It was the only reason I stuck here for as long as I did. Otherwise, I might not have stayed for this long.

Cons

The management is doing a poor job. Their leadership is not right. They avoid crucial issues like paying people well and involving them in decision-making. So, all employees have to adjust to poor pay and adhere to all the policies the management makes. What's worse is that the top management cannot handle growth well. They don't have any change management skills. So, employees have to figure out things on their own, which adds to their stress.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you didn't think Management was doing a good job here. We are always looking to improve in all areas, especially employee management. Adjusting employee pay rates is an area we consistently evaluate in order to be competitive in the market. Growth in a company is both exciting and challenging at the same time. Management over the years has improved greatly with handling their growth and does their best to learn from mistakes. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to Human Resources. We wish all the best. Julie Childs Recruiting Coordinator and HR Assistant
