Culture of greed and extreme micromanagement - Mechanical Assembler Air Squared Employee Review

Pros

The only Pros are there is a lot of work to do, without appreciation. Everyone was probably too busy to appreciate other people.

Cons

The company has a culture of greed and they will micromanage and instill fear to get it. It's implemented at a level that I have never seen before and it speaks to their inability to let go of handling everything, potentially losing their ability to feel like they are constantly saving the day. It doesn't take long to figure out how employees feel. The defeat is ubiquitous. If you don't want to come home every night stressed and hating your job, don't work here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry you felt as though you were not appreciated here as one of employees. We are always working to improve employee appreciation and recognition. This is the first we have heard ta out management instilling fear in our employees. We wish you would have brought this to our attention in HR. Our supervisors also make themselves available to address their employees' concerns that they might be having. Feel free to reach out to Human Resources if you would like to discuss this further. We wish you well. Julie Childs, Recruiting Coordinator and HR Assistant

Pros

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
