Company does events for the employees regularly Management is easy to talk to. Great teams and environment on the production floor. Caring and friendly HR team. Owners know what they want and they are vocal. Many options to learn new things or areas since they are still smaller and want the teams to succeed. Care about the opinions of their teams. Which could be about products, manufacturing, or even the culture. Innovative and not afraid to try new things.

Cons

Still a growing company. Still working on communication between departments. Company knows where they want to be but sometimes their drive can slightly slow progress.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
