Pros

Excellent pay and benefits for workers on the assembly floor. Most of the management is effective at moving the company in the right direction. A lot of good workers.

Cons

Pay for engineering isn't competitive. Normal small company draw backs. Not all of the management is effective, some is toxic.

Small work load with decent pay, Great Culture for those wishing to not deal with the High School Drama

Cons

Supervisors have Favorites, Parts are always a problem, if you want to get paid for holidays your full hours you have to use PTO. They like to cross train only if your not good in your position.
