This is a great company to work for. Management cares and provides the tools that their employees need to be effective. The benefits are competitive, the company promotes self-growth, a positive workplace and environment and is very diversified. Changes are constantly being made to ensure the company creates the workplace environment that its employees deserve.

Cons

If I have to list a con, it would be the location.

Pros

There are always new things in the horizon, new challenges with learning and growth opportunities. I feel like my voice and suggestions are heard.

Cons

Small team, so the workload can feel heavy at times. But everyone works together to get it done.

Pros

Schedule Pay Incentives Wellness Benefits 401K Health Insurance This company is very competitive and well rounded. Schedule is pretty decent as I am home most days, pending adverse weather. Weekends and holidays either off or well compensated to stay away, and sometimes they allow repositioning in aircraft, but that is usually more wear than it is worth.

Cons

I've been here almost 19 years. The grass is not greener and this company cares about employees.
