Pros

- Lots of exposure to complex and challenging matters that promote growth - Great and close-knit working environment. Everyone is friendly and close to each other. - The Company believes in investing in their employees (by providing great benefits, and investing in system upgrades/ implementation that ultimately drive employee job satisfaction)

Cons

- Location: The Company is located in Denver, NC and it is quite a commute to the city of Charlotte. Further, very limited restaurant options in the area.

There are always new things in the horizon, new challenges with learning and growth opportunities. I feel like my voice and suggestions are heard.

Cons

Small team, so the workload can feel heavy at times. But everyone works together to get it done.

Pros

Schedule Pay Incentives Wellness Benefits 401K Health Insurance This company is very competitive and well rounded. Schedule is pretty decent as I am home most days, pending adverse weather. Weekends and holidays either off or well compensated to stay away, and sometimes they allow repositioning in aircraft, but that is usually more wear than it is worth.

Cons

I've been here almost 19 years. The grass is not greener and this company cares about employees.
